As soon as you step into the sophisticated equipment section in the Gilching Sport Studio, you will realise that this is not a place for one-sided performance-related stress, but for a pleasant blend between toning up and relaxation. Would you, for instance, like to exercise certain problem zones efficiently? Do you need orthopaedic weight training subject to consultation with your physician or do you just want to improve your general level of fitness?

Thanks to sophisticated lamp technology, our solarium gives your body a healthy tan and also contributes towards your fitness. Here, you can stimulate your metabolism, refuel with energy and wellbeing or get a tan ready for your next holiday. And less aggressively than from the sun's natural rays.

At the heart of the Gilching Sport Studio is its gym department. This is equipped with special shock-absorbent parquet flooring for reduced stress on joints. A programme offering more than 60 weekly classes provides everything from special gymnastics for your back to "Power Pure", from Stretching to Bodyform.

Highly qualified male and female trainers ensure that both beginners and old hands get the same degree of healthy activity. You can be sure that quite apart from getting some fun, you are also doing the right thing for your fitness and your agility.

Visiting our saunaland will automatically benefit your joints, skin, connective tissue and immune system on a regular basis. Members of the Gilching Sport Studio have free access to the sauna area. There is no nicer way to relax body and soul than in the light, attractively designed ambiance to be found there. You can choose between single-sex and mixed areas: we offer Finnish saunas for men or for women separately and mixed areas such as the Finnish and soft sauna, steam bath and warm and cold footbaths.

Whatever you choose, when you put your feet up in the comfortable rest and relaxation zones, just leave the stresses and strains of everyday life behind you and get a feeling of weightlessness. Just relax.
