Wörthsee Golf Club on the Schluifeld Estate is only 1.5 km away from the hotel and is one of Germany's most famous golf clubs with its 18 and
6-hole courses. In 2003, the Golf Club celebrated its 20th anniversary and in 2004, the inauguration of the new course with Penn-A4 greens and a newly designed 12th hole. Please contact the Golf

Riding
Achselschwang Stables, with 2 indoor riding halls and 1 outdoor area, are situated in Utting on the Ammersee, approx. 15 km away from the hotel.
Tennis
Tennis facilities are available in Seefeld, approx. 5 km away. Clubhouse with excellent catering.

Fitness & bodybuilding
Under the direction of the current "World Games Winner" Paul Mentis, according to state of the art knowledge. Separate information on the Sport Studio is included in our internet presentation. Distance to the studio - approx. 2 km.
Skiing, snowboarding
In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, approx. 70 km away, or on the Zugspitze, approx. 120 km away. Both skiing areas are accessible via the motorway. We will be pleased to give you information on other skiing areas in Austria.
Nordic Walking or jogging
A secluded, varied path leads directly from the hotel around Wessling Lake.
Cycling & inline-skating
Starnberg's Five Lakes District has plenty of good cycle paths to offer. There is a challenging, scenic route between Starnberg and Andechs.
Hiking & climbing
Kienbachtal - a lovely route to hike from Herrsching to Andechs
Possenhofen - sleepy lakeside path past the so-called "Sissi's Castle"
Herzogstand - from the valley or via cablecar, very good path, easy ascent.
Jochberg - from the valley, slightly more challenging but varied. Or via cablecar to the Herzogstand and past the crater to Jochberg (for experienced walkers).
Zugspitze - highest mountain in Germany, with its railway, the Zugspitzbahn, for an unforgettable experience - and many more (Hörndl, Ettaler Mandl, ...)
